Had lunch here and the chicken salad with homemade potato salad was excellent. Fresh, fast, and not over-seasoned at all.

Sam Dahl always wanted a cafe of his own. It took well over a year to make it happen at 1909 Hewitt Avenue, right in the middle of downtown Everett, a short walk from Angel of the Winds Arena.
Permits, health-department backlogs, more phone calls than he'd like to count. On June 18, 2025, Sam and his mom cut the ribbon together. A year on, the regulars are steady, the menu is consistent, and a bar is taking shape downstairs.
